Returns & Cancellations
We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed or that the customer finds unsatisfactory. We ask the customer return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked, or flawed. We are also unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error. Please send an email to [email protected] to arrange for the return of corked or flawed product.
Once the wine is received we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine less shipping and handling. If the original shipment was damaged or flawed you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges. Please contact the tasting room at (541 668 9463 )for return instructions.
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all canceled orders.
Event Cancellation Policy: Moose Mountain Vineyards dedicates significant time and resources to planning each event, including staffing, product allocation, and venue preparation. Accordingly, all bookings are considered confirmed once payment is received.
Cancellations:
● More than 60 days before the event: Eligible for a full refund, less any nonrefundable vendor deposits already incurred.
● 30 to 59 days before the event: Eligible for a 50% refund.
● Within 30 days of the event: Non-refundable, as the majority of associated costs will have already been incurred.
If Moose Mountain Vineyards can rebook the date or resell tickets, a partial or full credit may be issued at our discretion.
Cancellations by Moose Mountain Vineyards:
In the unlikely event that Moose Mountain must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, safety concerns, or operational emergencies, guests will receive a full refund or credit toward a future event.
