We release wines to all our members twice a year, in late spring and late fall. Before each release, we’ll send you the details and give you time to customize your wines and choose pickup or shipping.
Absolutely! All of our memberships are customizable, so you can pick the wines you love and make each release your own.
We’ll always give you a heads-up before your card is charged! You’ll have time to customize your wines and make any changes before we process each club release.
Of course! We know life happens, so members can skip one club release per year. Just let us know before the release is processed, and we’ll take care of the rest.
You can choose to have your club wines shipped or pick them up with us. Wandering Canine members receive $25 flat-rate ground shipping, Pup members receive $20 flat-rate ground shipping, and shipping is on us for Moose members.
We know plans can change! We simply ask for a two-release commitment when joining the club. If you need to cancel before receiving your first two releases, a $100 early cancellation fee will apply. After that, just reach out to us before your next release and we’ll be happy to handle the cancellation for you.
